Estate Planning & Will Drafting

Empowering you to make healthcare choices, protect your loved ones, and ensure your wishes are honored—no matter what the future holds.

We never know when we will become ill, get into an accident, or pass away.  Estate planning allows you or those close to you make important health care decisions, as well as ensure that if you are disabled, someone can step in and assist you.  Lastly, estate planning gives you the opportunity to decide what happens to your assets once you pass away.

In my estate planning practice, I assist clients in planning for their own future and the future of their families. I can advise you on estate tax issues, choosing an executor, guardianships, wills and trusts.
